Green Salad Dressing
Ingredients:
- 3 tbs lemon juice 
- 1&1/2 tbs nutritional yeast 
- 1 clove garlic, minced 
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard 
- 1 tsp maple syrup, honey, or agave 
- 1/2 tsp salt to taste 
- 1/2 tsp pepper to taste 
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, close the lid, and shake until emulsified. Adjust as needed. 
- This dressing keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks.
