Olive Oil Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Walnuts

1.       Cut off the browned ends of the Brussel sprouts and place in an oven-safe dish.

2.       Drizzle Twisted Olive Extra Virgin Olive Oil*

3.       Toss with salt and pepper.

4.        Roast at 450 for 25 minutes until edges are browned and crispy.

5.       While the sprouts are roasting, cook bacon, chop and drain the excess fat on a paper towel.

6.       Once the Brussel sprouts are cooked, toss in the bacon and throw in a handful or so of chopped walnuts for added crunch. 

7. Drizzle Aged Balsamic** over as a finishing sauce....

Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 3 pounds small red or white potatoes
  • 1/4 cup Twisted Olive EVOO

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, Toss until the potatoes are well coated. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out into 1 layer. Roast in the oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until browned and crisp. Flip twice with a spatula during cooking in order to ensure even browning.....
